Well, I was wrong. They did respond to me, but it sounds like a lame excuse. What do you all think? Here is their response on why I haven't received my award after 11 weeks:

reward. We've had an increase in requests and have also been impacted by
some delays in receiving awards from our partners.

We expect to get caught up with our schedule of '8-10 weeks delivery' in the
near future. We are not able to give you an estimate at this time.

We value our member's participation and loyalty and ask your understanding
and patience as we expedite your award as soon as possible.
