Just realize that leaving in the morning means it will be well past afternoon by the time you arrive on property. From arriving in MLE, we did not arrive at the property until about 5 hours later. There is something to waking up and being EXACTLY where you want to be... Without having to worry about a thing. For us, enjoying that extra sunrise was well worth the extra night of board at PH Hadahaa.
We have flown on the first flight out (7ish) twice and have arrived in time for breakfast had we wished to have it. I don't think you lose much of the day at all and get to see some spectacular views on the way. Also, the small planes can be a bit nerve racking for some passengers in the dark. We prefer to save the points and just arrive for a full day but that may not be everyone's preference.
