We checked in here for a night now ( coming from Marriott suk which was once again a big fail.... )
After u reviews I feel like i have stayed here already.
So I'll keep it short. ( only 2 hours here now.. )
It's a mess to come here in and out.. Grounds impressive rooms impressive. Staff need more training but try hard.
The shuttle thing is a big joke. They really won't let u book it lol... The pool is icy.. Yeah it's Bangkok...

Thanks one more time for the detailed reviews so I was sure what I could expect... Staying for one night. Mother arriving on an evening flight. Tomorrow travelling onwards to LM Angkor.. The hotel suits us today.. I can chill a bit and go to airport to pick up my mother ( maybe Etihad chauffer won't find the way here). Not sure we will return here as i feel a bit imprisoned... For a couple of nights relaxtion it may be a good choice . there will be definitively a market for this hotel...
