I agree with the poster. Flew BA for the first time last year from lhr to jfk and decided never ever to fly with them again when the cabin crew decided it was okay to throw a breakfast roll on my sleeping husband to serve breakfast. To add insult to the injury, the person sitting next to us on the really really cramped aisle seat was a caucasian male, who was politely served after he woke up. Needless to say I couldn't wait to get off the flight and did complain via email. Received a generic reply stating how nice they really are and how they aren't racist signed off with an Indian name.
