I agree with you 100%. I spend enough time deleting unwanted/unsolicited email and would prefer that most threads actually address AC or Canadian-related aviation issues in some way. Regarding the issue of politics? Well, I shudder to think what will come out of the Transportation Minister's mouth next and since he oversees that portfolio, I think he's fair game on the thread a la his casual reference to future El Al flights into YYZ being in question when one landed as usual just yesterday morning.
