My past 2 experiences with Target are leaving me frustrated. Yesterday I went to load $100 onto my RB at the Target CS desk (the cashiers at my target are hesitant to load). The cashier selected "K3" or credit card for payment method, and got a message saying invalid payment method. I tried again today. same problem. I called the RB CS number and the rep told me they needed to be processed as cash load, but that I could use my credit card that way. I reported this to the cashier, she tried to process as cash, her register popped open and she had to void the transaction.
She turned the monitor towards me, and went through all the steps.
Swipe card.
when prompted how much to load entered 1000.
then select payment type, selected k3, credit card.
I swipe my card, it asks if 1000 is okay. I say yes, and sign my name.
Show her the final four numbers, she enters them.
Error message pops up saying invalid payment method.

I loaded no problem on the 20th.

anyone know what's going wrong?
