The square down pillow squashes to take up very little luggage space and is easily manhandled into the shape you want and that prevents your head from slipping side to side. It's also really useful in places where the pillows are hard - I just slip it under the pillowcase on top of the other pillow. And it doesn't *leak*, which is my problem with inflatables.
