The bigger question: what are AS's meal windows and flight times? (Or if you have a link to them, it would be much appreciated.)
Just go to alaskaair.com and click on the flight status tab. If you search by route, you'll be able to see a table listing all the flights that day with a column for what's expected to be served in F and Y. S for Snack is Alaska's way of saying they'll be serving a child-size portion of a dinner-like meal. On SEA-LAX lately it seems like the Chicken Chile Verde is the usual serving. It's a small tortilla, a half cup of rice, some chicken bits, and a bit of cabbage with a bit of mild green sauce and some cilantro dressing. Check the meal thread for more info.
