Convert Aeroplan miles to SAS Eurobonus miles??

Is there anyway to convert Aeroplan miles to SAS Eurobonus? Doesn't seem to be a way to do it directly; can it be done via a 3rd party without losing too many points? I have about 18,000 aeroplan miles and won't likely be using them on AC. Thanks
