I've been trying to search this out and found some conflicting info (from other forum sources in addition to this thread). Are you positive the club upgrade CANT be used with a corporate rate or even AAA rate? Any exceptions to this? couldnt find notes of the specifics in the signup info and after reading through this thread it sounds like calling a Chase rep for info is nearly worthless. Anyone have a pdf of the complete T&C?

One more thing. Do I need to use the RC card for payment in order to use club upgrade or does the upgrade attach to my member number so I can use my company credit card to pay for stay?
