This sounds like additive pricing: USA to Central America (peak) plus a domestic award FC ticket (low) but I haven't figured out the five level codes yet, so it might be doing USA-Central America in low (K?) plus a separate high domestic FC one way ticket at S level (high?). Do you have partner operated flights? If so, additive pricing on such tickets was always the rule.
