If your 12hrs is overnight then the closest hotel is the holiday inn express, 5 min away by free shuttle bus. It's cheap, has free wifi, is clean IME and they will give you a packed breakfast if you are leaving before they start serving 'real' breakfast in the morning.
I'll second that ^ probably because the shuttles in both directions went so well! I think it was comfortably south of $100.
