Seems like a "Connection" Fee is being added to this hotel from today:

"Beginning January 1, 2015, a daily connection fee of 10 USD will be charged per room. The connection fee will include high speed internet access in the guest room, local and long distance phone calls, access to tennis facilities, and one hour of either bicycle, kayak, or stand up paddleboard rental per day.
