I heard the fake "cash" was being thrown from Bar Rouge and that started the crush. (But do they even have operable windows or balcony for that?) Or could it have been a different bar lower down in the building? At any rate, how irresponsible and tragic.
ETA: Bar Rouge has the roof, but the reports are that the cash was not coming from that high up, but from one of the lower floors of Building #18.
