Worldperks is one of the few that you CANNOT do this with. The conversiion from Hilton to Air Miles is not very good and not something you would want to do anyway.
Depending on the airline, you only get 1500 or 2000 miles for 10,000 Hilton Points.
If you "assume" each 1000 MyPoints is about a 10.00 value, that means you are paying $100 for 1500 air miles! You would be better off redeeming something else from MyPoints if you won't be using Hilton.
