Yes, 61A needs to climb over the passenger in 62B to get out but taking 60BJ doesn't help, it makes it worse because both 60B and 60J will have others climbing over them to get out - both will have unimpeded access but so will you in 60AB. That's why some advocated 63AB where you are sitting next to each other and both have unimpeded access to the aisle with no one climbing over either of you. That's because the passenger in 63A can squeeze out from the side of the seat to the exit.
60B&J don't have people climbing over them to get out - they are the front row. 60A&K have to climb over 61B&J to get out.
