It makes it a bit difficult to complain about I guess - but for whatever reason you were CW and should have got a CW service. It's probably best to raise the service concerns with the CSD at the time, but there again it seems you see this through a wider context, which is a good place to be.
Thanks C-W-S! Lurked for a while especially since approaching Gold for the first time this year. I'm a regular on the 189/188 rotation so have been on the 787 several times, mainly in WTP and enjoyed it, amazingly quiet and well designed. The one time in WT I found it rather cosy!
