Conditional approval Dec 18
First interview available YUL March 10, 2015 but I kept checking back -- snatched a cancellation for December 23, 2014 at YUL
Received card Dec 30, 2014

Also got there about an hour early but they were able to take me within 15 minutes. Overall the interview process took me 1.5 hours because there was some waiting in between the Canadian and US officers. Both were super nice. The interview itself was really more of an info session to the kiosks and how to use the system. The only questions asked were from the US officer on why I would want to join the program, and some supplementary info to my application.
