Booking Ritz Carlton in San Francisco through FHR, never once gotten an upgrade. We stay four or five times a year.

Le Bristol, Paris -- through Virtuoso upgrade at booking from junior suite to deluxe junior suite. June 2014 and July 2015.

Post Ranch through Andrew Harper, no upgrade, January 2014.
