I was booking a flight the other day for Mrs.acysb87 on AE to YUL ex YSB.
Was able to book her in J on the YYZ/YUL flights. Flights were non stop YYZ/YUL.
Took all of 7 minutes
I went to book my(Ontario) Latitude pass flights to mirror the bookings I had made for her.
I could not get the same flights on-line.I had 6 non-stops offered between YYZ and YUL for the day and 12+ options via Ottawa or Quebec City
Buying them on AC web-site was no problem either. Call to SE line. What gives?? AC rep could see the space but advised that I would be required to book something/anything myself and then call back so they could switch my flights.
Called right back to a different agent who was able to book the flights and u/g my seats as there was plenty of R space availability.
All said and done ,I wasted 45 minutes on-line and speaking with agents wasting their time for a simple latitude booking.
Can someone explain the complexity here? Same issue happened to me earlier this year on a Transcontinental flight on a Latitude pass.
