My third stay here...first time ever as a Diamond that I have had to settle for a base room, as the hotel is legit packed for New Years Eve.

Although I was sad to leave the Park Hyatt behind, this does seem to be a more fun place to be for NYE. The lobby was jumping at 10pm with music and free toshikoshi soba. Tomorrow morning (and the day after) there will be free osechi served there as well.
