In this case if there are 2 Savers, and put a WL for 3 pax, the system does not take the 2 Savers out of availability to account for your WL - meaning that when others search for 2 seats in Saver, they will see the availability and will be able to snag it even though you have a WL for 3 pax.

In this case it's better to go with the suggestions offered. 2J + 1F Saver would be the best solution in my opinion.
