Not as slow as the non-GE US people who were lectured by yelling bullies in a pen before being released to the machines. One bank of machines were not in use so the people in the "pen" were subjected to the yelling lecture several times before reaching the machines, and obviously could still hear it while then queuing up to see the immigration officer.
The only people with no problems were the foreign nationals who didn't have to deal with the machines or the yellers.
Very unpleasant, very inefficient, and another reminder of why I need to return via DUB whenever I can.
When did TSA take over customs and immigration?
