My wife and I used NEXUS at YYZ on Dec. 12th. Two of the 3 machines were not working and the third was slow (20+ people in the line). We had to insert our NEXUS cards to get started so I think this is the new machine. It was not clear how to insert the card as the slot was too wide. Anyway we finally got it right and after that the iris scan was faster than the old machines. Reliability of the new machines seems to be a problem. They did not seem to be "brand new"
