When you're on the UG list, similar the OP's scenario, and they clear the SB list before UGs, the OP is getting screwed out of an UG.
BUT . . . .
When you're on the SB list, and they clear the UG list
BEFORE they clear stand-bys, you're still getting screwed out of an UG!
