AA flies BOS-CDG, but availability can be sparse on the route.

As mentioned, MAD is an option on IB from BOS, although there will be a surcharge involved there (albeit much smaller than BA). AA doesn't charge YQ on redemptions on AB, so that opens up TXL as well from JFK. You will have to call and have an agent search for the latter, as it's not available on AA.com.
