My wife, a couple of friends and I have a long layover (6+ hours) in the Charlotte Airport and I wanted to know if it is worth it to pay the $50 each for a one-day pass to get in to the US Airways Lounge there.

Thanks,

It depends...

What day of the week are you traveling? If on a weekend, Charlotte's terminals are pretty manageable, but during the week, they are very crowded and unpleasant.

Do you need wireless Internet? The club's wifi will be much better than the free and perpetually overburdened wireless for the airport as a whole.

What about food? The club will have crackers, fruit, little cheese packets, anything you want to drink, but nothing close to a full meal if you need to set aside time for that.

The club itself is very large with lots of seating and outlets.
