Combining southwest gift cards?

Hey FT,

I purchased 4x$75 southwest gift cards with my ritz carlton card and had them all reimbursed, and plan on doing the same thing come january. Is there any way I can combine these giftcards into 2 or 3 larger gift cards so I could use them all on one booking?
