I booked a flight for my girlfriend. International. I paid for it with southwest gift cards which I consolidated into travel funds (because there is a limit of 2 GCs for international flights) by buying and cancelling other flights. I applied her RR#. So, no credit card involved.

For the life of me I cannot find the flight anywhere in my account OR hers. (I was logged into my account, but applied her #) Googling this does not help. "Retreive my confirmation #" is of no use because you can't do it for international flights.

Is there a way to do this without calling them? I absolutely hate waiting on hold to talk to airline people.
