I have some AA miles, and I am trying to check availability for DFW-AUH-AMD OR DFW-DOH-AMD for FEB 07 in Economy Class for any oneWorld affiliated carrier (including Etihad and Qatar). I tried booking via AA using award miles, but aa.com refused to book to AMD becuase they don't serve that destination. Well, if you're only going to be using KVS for this one specific trip, I'm not sure that I'd invest the $20 necessary for buying/"donating"/"contributing" the tool. If I were in your shoes, I'd probably just go with what
SFOPhD recommended in
his post from the Etihad forum--use the Etihad site for EY, and get a BA account for searching QR. BA also covers IB.
That said, double check on the AA requirements for getting to India--generally you can't connect in a different zone than your origin or destination, though there are a couple exceptions. I'd look at the MileSaver thread in the AA forum. Good luck!
