Clickrewards previously did the AA miles redemption electronically. Now its back to "snail mail" whereby they post out a certificate in 1-2 weeks and then we have to post to AA to get the miles added to our accounts. A real step backwards.

Previously there was a minimum redemption of 250 miles. Now its 500 miles. The 250 miles you get for updating your profile etc, give you nothing unless you still buy something to get the other 250 points required.

There are no longer any surveys or ways to get points except purchases.

As mentioned above, any points you may have had before their bankruptcy are history.

Have emailed Clickrewards customer service and never received any reply.

The "New" Clickrewards isnt a shadow of the the "old" Clickrewards and isnt worth the time, effort and volume of purchases required to redeem points.
