That's odd. Have you hit the 5k limit? If you loaded 1.5k this time, and 2.5k last time, you're up to 4k....did you have another 1k loaded at a different time (maybe on the temp card before the permanent card arrived)? If not, maybe try again a different day and see if it works then.
