It was late night, and I drove to two targets to load, the first one only has a couple cashiers and they directed me to the customer service (even after I reminded them that they can do it at the register) who said they can do load of $500/day, the second target is in a busy shopping mall and took me 15 min to find a parking spot and another 10min waiting in the line, only to see a "please call csc" message on the screen, that is what made me frustrated and gave the 1800 a call. Of cause I only asked whether there is anything wrong on my card and gently ask for the limit.

Do you mind sharing your strategy to "educating as many TGT cashiers every day on how to load these things"? Cashiers here are so careful and they would like to ask manager for anything they don't know, Thanks!

BTW, I am using the permanent card and I only have $1 initial load on the temp card before I tried loading the perm card today. I really would like to finish the quota for this month before too late.
