I'm having problems getting the verification email. I'm using my regular Outlook.com address, to which AMEX sends plenty of other communications for my other cards. I've checked SPAM, and nothing. I've had RedCard resend the email verification once, in addition to the first automatic attempt. Is there a long delay in getting these verification emails?
