The rules regarding promo use have been in place so long now that anyone who breaks it now , I cannot see how can have any defence. Anyone who thinks that the T&Cs should not aply to them , that's their choice but I have no sympathy for that
Prior to the explicit clarification in the T&Cs, some affected by the crackdown may have grounds to feel aggrieved
Do you read the T&Cs of every program that you are enrolled in every day to see if they have changed without notice? I realize that the answer to that question is probably "yes", but, more importantly, do you expect others to? If there is no notice, how do you expect others to know that they have changed?
