I haven't tried to redeem to LHR.
This process worked for my DOH-MAD and my wife's to DOH-DME. I figured this in the past 60 days only, I haven't been successful before then. I feel that QR doesn't give clear instructions on how to upgrade, but this process has proven successful to me.
