How do you know the car was a 2013? Avis still gets BRAND NEW 2014 and 2015 Imapalas that are the 9th generation (2006 forward). They will be in production through 2016 as rental, fleet & police cars. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrol...2.80.932013.29

And because Dollar gave you a car one time with 32 miles on it, you assume that they will always be better than Avis? That's a huge generalization, especially at different locations.
