I too had a problem getting Marriott certs ordered. Twice I ordered, they went pending, didn't show up, and MyPoints redeposited the points to the account. To add insult to injury, the last time I had it happen they raised to Marriott cert redemption to 1750 points! I e-mailed accusing them of deliberately making the re-deposit to force me to spend more. They deposited the additional 250 in the account and asked that I redeem again. I did, they came! Just swing at the pitch I guess.
