Here is an update:

I have been a little frustrated at having to wait THREE months for my gift certificates. Well, they apologized again ( I have record of about 5-6 emails); however, this time the points were actually deducted from my account on 7/12. I will post when I receive my award.

I know, its free. But it is still frustrating.
