This is actually a great point that I somehow completely missed in the report.

There's one window that's above the bed. Like, well above it to the point that it can't be reached by hand. For that reason, there are sadly no views to speak of, but it did give enough natural light. The plus side to this is that it had wall-controlled blackout shades which made the room perfectly pitch black at night...fantastic for sleeping.
