I agree that the "My Trips" function could use a bit of tweaking. I've noticed that when my husband purchases tickets for both of us, it automatically populates his My Trips, but not mine. I have to manually enter all flights. We fly a lot, so it's a bit of a pain. If your frequent flyer number is on the itinerary, it should all be automated.
