Hertz NEVER gets it right on taxes on any of my reservations (try LAX...happens everytime...they overestimate). They also don't always get it right for their LDW in places like New York where there is a higher fee for more expensive vehicles and the website doesn't indicate that (something I found out this year...only after posting in this forum).
