Points - UAL miles
2500 - 100
3500 - 200
5000 - 300
7000 - 400
10000 - 500
13500 - 600
17000 - 700
19000 - 800

Strange schedule, as the redemption rates actually go down as the point levels go up. The best bet is 5,000 points for 400 UAL miles, followed by either the 3,500 or 7,000 levels.
