$200 or more of the Business Platinum annual fee is refundable through fee reimbursements; it's really a $250 outlay for 75,000 bonus points (plus the 5,000 base points you will earn for the spend.)

$200 per year, so it's only a $50 outlay for the 75,000 bonus points. 75k gets you a first class suite on Singapore Airlines Saver Award. Steal of the century right there folks.

A few months ago, AMEX was offering 75k for the Business Gold with 10k spend ($175 annual fee waived for first year). That was a better deal.
