Quick update, it was no problem switching a couple of legs. I find the UK/Europe-agents to be quite good. But altho they saw availability in the last segment, JAL HND-KIX, it was not possible to book it. Mentioned the "new screen" tip here, but no go.
The agent said that it was random with JL, and another agent told me that sometimes they were able to book, but the seat came back unconfirmed a couple of days later. What´s the deal with JL?
