OP, was the service poorer? Did you miss out on your first choice of anything?
People directly behind me in boarding queue had Club World boarding passes saw their seat numbers and they were in F so no paid upgrade at airport or avios upgrade I suspect which i thought you could not do at the airport anyway. I did onlne check in less than 24hours and only me showing as seated in F. Suspect upgraded at the gate.
