Came in from shanghai and as the one booked passenger in F was surprised when 10 people upgraded to F when there was loads of room in Club . Not as if they closed the Club cabin as they were servicing passengers in there anyway.

Very geneous people at the airport in Shanghai!

Excuse was they must be cardholders. Was not aware that A was giving away free upgrades just for being a cardholder.
