If two people earn miles on a lufthansa flight, can one transfer his miles to the other? I know this can be done on USairways and United. The is a future flight between frequent flyer program yet. We would like to combine miles on one account.

I see one can put miles on his United MileagePlus account by flying on Lufthansa. That program allows for transfers. Would that work then?
