Given the easy Into the Nights goal I had, I wound up getting two free nights, which I'm inclined to use here. The alternative was a BOGO cert from joining Ambassador. At 485 euros for a deluxe (refundable) plus tax, it seemed still better to hotel hop (3 stays at three chains cost me $360 all in and got me the two nights).

Might still join Ambassador. IHG Platinum is clearly zilch on IC award stays (based on my stay in Tahiti).
