Change of class now requires a complete cancellation for some reason. But if you're staying in the same class, you should be able to manage it.
It is charged at first class, but need to switch to different legs so I can get first and not only business, so its both a change of legs in the middle, and class. Will try in a couple of hours when UK office opens up and update on the progress.
